Common questions
Is my supplier price data shared with anyone?
Never. Your data is logically isolated per workspace. We don't aggregate, sell, or expose it — not to other customers, not to AI vendors, not to anyone.
Where is the data stored?
Primary region: Frankfurt (eu-central-1). Optional US, AP, and ME-Caspian regions for Enterprise plans. You choose; you lock.
Can I export & delete my data?
Yes. One-click export of every shipment, calculation, and document into CSV / JSON / Excel. One-click hard-delete with 30-day audit grace, then permanent erasure.
Do you process payment data?
No. Payments run through Stripe — we never touch your card. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
